When you need to cook something a little bit different for those special treats or occasions, Lobster Tails are ne way to go

Take you lobster tail and cut it down the middle of the shell, turn it over and break the ribs so that you can open the shell all the way up. Do this for all of the shells, do not however remove the meat, we will be cooking the meat in the tails

Start to prepare your garlic butter sauce, mince/finely slice up your Garlic, I typically use a whole head of garlic, cause you can never have too much garlic, right? add your garlic and 3/4 cup of butter to your Lodge Cast Iron Melting Pot, take it to your Camp Chef 6 Burner Flat Top Grill, turn on 2 of the burner to medium, and let the butter melt, put your Lodge Cast Iron Melting Pot over the heat, and let all of the butter melt, you can stir occasionally, this should not take too long, once everything is melted, move it over to the side to keep it warm

Take a small amount of avocado oil and pour it onto the Camp Chef 6 Burner Flat Top Grill where you are heating everything up, let that warm up, add more butter to the avocado oil, once the butter has melted place your lobster tails onto your grill, shell side down, drop the cloche over them, squirt some water under the cloche, leave for about 1 minute. After your 1 minute, remove the cloche, turn the lobsters over, they should already be a nice bright red color, with a spoon, add some of your garlic butter down the crack of the shell where we cut earlier, place the cloche back over the lobster tails, squirt some more water, this should cook for about another 2 minutes

Take your lobster tails off the grill and place onto a serving plate, turn off your grill and serve the lobster tails and garlic butter, depending on company, you can keep your garlic butter in your Lodge Cast Iron Melting Pot as this will continue to keep it warm

All that is left if to enjoy your lobster tails, and yes, it will be messy!!! Once you finish your lobster tails, take some bread and soak up your garlic butter
