Ginger syrup…… What else would you use in a moscow mule?

Sometimes you just can't beat a Moscow Mule, in order to make the best one, you need to have the best Ginger Syrup to go with it

Ingredients

* 12oz (36cl) light agave nectar

* 12oz (36cl) filtered water

* 1/2 lb (250g) fresh ginger, chopped

* Cheese Cloth

* Vitamix

* Funnel

* Glass Bottle

It'so simple, but can get a little messy!!!, take your Vitamix, add the light agave nectar and water to your Vitamix, roughly chop your fresh ginger, add your chopped ginger to your Vitamix, with the light agave nectar and water, blend everything together, until all of the ginger, agave and water are like a pulp, take your Funnel, insert it into the Glass Bottle, place the Cheese Cloth over the Funnel, pour your blended mixture over the Cheese Cloth, easing what mixture you can through the Cheese Cloth, this will take some time, in order to get the most out of your mixture, you will need to roll up the Cheese Cloth and start squeezing as much liquid out as possible, once you are done, there will only be some of the raw ginger pulp left, this is by far the simplest ginger syrup recipe we have come across, we use this when we're making Moscow Mules, and a little goes a long way, there will more about some variations of a Moscow Mule that we will about at a later date
